Hermès is getting a lot more accessible

As far as the fashion game goes, it doesn’t get more luxe than Hermès. A Birkin is among the loftiest of accessory goals, while a bangle, belt, wallet or pair of iconic Oran sandals are significantly more within reach, but any of these are still going to set you back about $750. But what if I told you that you can get your hands on a piece of this French luxury house for a mere fraction of that? You can come March with the launch of Rouge Hermès, a collection of 24 lipsticks that marks the beginning of the brand’s foray into beauty.

With packaging made from the same metal and enamel used in Hermès handbags and accessories, these refillable lipsticks only cost $67 (refills ring in at $42)—and just think how chic you’ll look pulling one out of your non-Hermès bag. In even more exciting news, moving forward Hermès will be introducing a new beauty category about every six months, and I can’t wait to see what’s up next!
