Get excited about Thanksgiving with these skincare treats

I find it really hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week… With no choice other than to get onboard, I actually got my turkey breast yesterday (since I figured more people will be buying smaller birds this year rather than 25-pounders). Food-wise, this is one of my favorite holidays, and when it’s just us (as it will be this year), I keep it traditional with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and roasted veggies—but there are several holiday-inspired skincare offerings that can either help you decide your menu, or just get you in the spirit.

Eminence Organics Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar Scrub
Cranberry sauce is one of my favorite condiments ever, and I would just love to slather this antioxidant-rich scrub all over my body—and get smoother, softer skin at the same time.

Old-fashioned sweet potato anything with marshmallows on top is another favorite of mine (I may have to add that to the menu), but actual marshmallow root extract is a great soothing ingredient for the skin. You can find it in this featherweight moisturizer that feels like a dream going on—and it won’t clog pores or make breakouts worse.

I’ll definitely be skipping the pumpkin pie this year, but I can treat my skin to the gourd’s gentle exfoliating benefits with this mask. With antioxidant-charged pumpkin, skin-smoothing and pore-clearing lactic acid plus a blend of antiseptic herbs that includes cinnamon bark, oregano and rosemary, it literally sounds good enough to eat.
