An Alexa Chung makeup tutorial from Alexa herself!

No matter how much I practice, I can’t figure out how to apply liquid eyeliner without looking like a hot mess. I’ve tried super-skinny felt-tip pens, wands, and virtually every type of applicator under the sun to no avail.
