Here’s how it works… You get a one-on-one consultation a Kiehl’s skincare expert, who will assess and rank your unique skin concerns, ranging from redness and wrinkles to rough texture, large pores and dullness. Depending on your results, your two Targeted Complexes are blended into a base of Skin Strengthening Concentrate to create a sample on the spot, just to make sure you’re happy with it before heading home. From there, you’ll get your full-size Skin Strengthening Concentrate and two Targeted Complexes (with a personalized label and box) so you can mix them all together prior to your first use.
Just keep in mind that this complimentary service is only available in-store—and the cost of this bespoke serum is $95 (which is way more affordable than other customized skincare products out there). My love affair with Kiehl’s has officially gone to the next level!
