Here on IBB, we don’t usually write about fashion other than casual references to the latest trends and our most coveted pieces. But let it be known, we’re equally as passionate about clothing and accessories as we are about beauty products. (Ask anyone who’s ever been in our closet.) We’re in absolute heaven when these two worlds collide, and in our opinion, the best way to merge fashion and beauty is with 3.1 Philip Lim’s 31 Minute Cosmetic Case.
Technically a cosmetic bag (and a rather large one at that), this pouch has plenty of room for all your makeup essentials and more. About six months ago, we got one with plum-colored leather on one side and white-and-black textured leather on the other. Rather than using it for makeup storage, it quickly became our bag of choice for day and night (and we’ll admit we were quite proud of ourselves for paring down to the bare essentials). Don’t get us wrong, we do use it for makeup and products when we travel—but we usually unpack our beauty booty when we arrive at our destination so we can take this beloved clutch out on the town. (Though available in a wide array of colors, the one pictured here can be found on sale, and we’re seriously considering making it our own.)
