Nail polish that nourishes your nails
Raise your hand if you’ve ever experienced dry, brittle or yellow nails thanks to dark polish or a sub-par manicure… I’m personally dealing with the aftermath of a gel manicure that left my nails in such bad shape that I actually thought biting them and starting over off was the best solution. (There’s a reason I only get them when I travel and don’t want to deal with the threat of chips.) After two weeks of Duri’s Rejuvacote I’m happy to report that they’re on their way back—and I’ll be able to post a mani pic after my appointment on Thursday (I know you’ve missed them).
What if we could prevent the damage caused by nail polish in the first place? Well now you can thanks to Sally Hansen’s latest lacquer innovation, Color Therapy. This brand-new range of 38 shades harnesses the power of argan, acai and evening primrose oils to keep nails happy, healthy and hydrated even while they’re covered in your favorite color. In fact, nine out of 10 users noticed visible improvement in the health of their nails after using this polish.
Even better, there’s no need for base coat (so nothing stands in the oils’ way), which means it saves you time as it saves your nails… Imagine less ridges, less white spots and less peeling—and actually being able to go “naked” if you want to! I just wish I had one of them on hand a few weeks ago when my nails were in really, really bad shape, but it’s never too late to take a step in a healthy-nail direction. I’ll be picking up a red and a pale pink at CVS tomorrow!
