I firmly believe that we should be more open about certain beauty issues, and facial hair is one of them. Going back more than 10 years ago, I always had a few hairs on my chin, but when they began to multiply like wet mogwai (Gremlins reference for anyone too young to remember), I got electrolysis last year. It TOTALLY worked and I love all the time I’m not spending with my tweezer anymore. But as great as electrolysis is, I’d have to go once a week forever to get every last blonde hair on my upper lip, so instead I wax every few months and I’m good. This does, however, require some planning, since I can’t exactly wax myself if I realize I’m looking a little fuzzy when I’m supposed to be somewhere in a half-hour. That’s when this lifesaver steps in…
Kind of like an EpiLady (I’m dating myself again) without the motor or torture, Tweezerman’s Easy Finish Facial Hair Remover whisks away those hard-to-reach hairs and it’s a lot more efficient than a tweezer. It easily fits into the corners of the mouth and right beneath the nose, and since it removes the hairs from the root they’ll grow back slower.
Oh, and it’s great for post-bikini-wax touch-ups because you know they always miss a patch or two…
