Does your hair need a boost? Try this supplement…
Hair supplements are having a moment, and there are quite a few we keep hearing about. Pre-natal vitamins have always been part of the conversation, but if you’ve ever been pregnant you’re likely aware of the not-so-pleasant constipation side effect (and who wants to deal with that?). I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Extra Strength Hair, Skin and Nails since I bought a big-old bottle at Costco a few months ago, but truthfully, I’m not sure I see a difference. So when I got a pitch about Brock Beauty’s Hairfinity Healthy Hair Vitamins, I took them up on their offer for a sample.
These twice-daily supplements contain a lot more than biotin, which is one of the most popular ingredients found in growth-boosting formulas. Hairfinity features an amino acid-rich Calipsana Complex of hydrolyzed collagen, horsetail and silica, plus the aforementioned biotin, niacin and B5, A, C, D and B12 vitamins.
I just started taking them this week, so it’s too soon to see results, but I’ll be sure to post an update after I finish the two-month supply. Keep in mind that Hairfinity also offers a range of haircare products designed to keep your strands happy and healthy, so you might want to pick up the Ultimate Revival Kit (which contains shampoo, conditioner, mask and treatment oil) for a comprehensive hair health reboot!
