The product testing is at full tilt down here at IBB headquarters thanks to that jam-packed gift bag I received at the CEW Awards Demo last week. The latest subject of inspection was Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara, and with a name like that, how could it not be among one of the first to get put to the test?
Honestly, it can be hard to get really excited over a mascara—unless one really stands out among the competition—but this one is a true winner. Just one coat yields dramatic length and unsurpassed lash separation, which is always a must for any mascara I use. A second coat visibly boosts lash thickness (which is a must for a night out on the town), and although I haven’t gone for three coats yet, I hear it’s a mind-blowing experience.
For someone who rarely buys prestige mascaras (since I always have so many samples floating around), I’m going to add this to my list of products to buy for when I find myself in need of a mascara that I’ll have no problem committing to.
